2. Nature of the service
The service is a creative digital portrait service only. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Customers purchase packs of studio credits used to generate portrait concepts and release a final HD edition.
No subscription is offered. Full payment is required before the order is accepted and before any related digital delivery can occur.
3. Orders and payment
Payments are customer-initiated through our payment provider. The charge is a one-off payment for a digital creative service.
The localized amount shown before checkout is informational. The final charged currency and amount are shown in the secure checkout flow.
4. Customer obligations
You must only upload a portrait that you are legally authorized to use. You remain responsible for your source image, your instructions, and any use you make of the generated output.
Prohibited content includes minors, celebrity impersonation, explicit or pornographic material, unlawful face substitution, fraud, and rights-infringing uploads.
5. Processing and delivery
Uploaded images are processed temporarily through service infrastructure used to deliver the requested portrait output, including U.S.-based processing providers where required. The source upload is not kept longer than necessary for generation and delivery.
Delivery is digital only. The final HD file is made available through the service after the applicable studio flow is completed.
6. Rights in outputs
Subject to these Terms, the customer receives a limited right to use the delivered output for lawful purposes. No rights in third-party characters, brands, or protected universes are granted by the publisher.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
