2. Data processed

We process the uploaded portrait, studio parameters chosen by the customer, and payment-related data strictly necessary to complete the purchase and provide the requested digital output.

Payment information is handled by our payment provider under its own legal and compliance framework. We may process limited transaction references, billing country, or customer email where required for delivery, support, or dispute handling.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Processing is primarily necessary to perform the digital creative service requested by the customer: receive the upload, generate the portrait concept, deliver the HD result, and support payment-related follow-up where applicable.

4. Retention

Uploaded images are processed temporarily through service infrastructure used to deliver the requested portrait output, including U.S.-based processing providers where required. The source upload is not kept longer than necessary for generation and delivery.

Operational copies are kept only as long as needed to render the service, allow limited delivery access, and meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.

5. Cookies and local storage

The studio uses essential cookies and local storage only to keep the session usable, complete checkout return, and support delivery of the digital service. No marketing or advertising trackers are used by default in the public experience.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection where those rights apply by contacting contact@after-frame.com.
