The service is digital only. Refund requests relate to the purchase of studio credits and the associated portrait delivery workflow.

3. Request window

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of payment by email to contact@after-frame.com.

4. Situations considered

Requests are reviewed reasonably and in good faith, especially in case of duplicate payment, non-delivery, technical malfunction, or checkout failure causing the service not to be usable as intended.

5. Output dissatisfaction

A purely subjective dislike of the artistic result does not automatically create a refund right. However, clear operational or payment failures are reviewed carefully.
